Am I conscious about my spiritual health?

LUKE 13:11-13 On a Sabbath day Jesus was teaching in one of the synagogues. There was a woman there who for 18 years had been possessed by a spirit which drained her strength. She was badly stooped – quite incapable of standing erect.

REFLECT: Am I conscious about my spiritual health? Am I weighed down by the chains of sin? Am I so bent down with pride that I cannot stand straight for love?

PRAY: JESUS, if you want, you can heal me.
