‘I am not missing out on grace’

There is so much fear in us than our trust in the Lord. There is mostly the reason why we missed out on God’s grace in our lives.

I am afraid of change. I always hold on to things longer than I should. My greatest fear is moving on. I’m afraid of the pain and emptiness there is in letting go.

But the Lord remained faithful in my stubbornness, merciful in my sinfulness, loving in my unfaithfulness. He reminded me to trust Him and go through His process.

In my sinfulness, He freed me and asked me to let go. In my broken heart, the Lord asked me to move on.

Right now, I am not saying I am perfect that I have learned to let go so that there’s no more brokenness. I am still going through the process—the one I used to fear. Now, I am not missing out on grace. (Paul Christian F. Torrejos | CFC-YFC Digos)
