OLLP Confirmation 2024

On October 19, 2024 at 2:30 in the afternoon was the schedule for confirmation at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, Bangkal, Davao City with one hundred twenty-six (126) confirmands from different schools within the parish and some walk-ins, who responded to the announcement and attended the two series of catechesis given by the OLLP Catechists.

The Holy Mass was presided by Most Reverend Romulo G. Valles, D.D. together with Rev. Fr. Henry G. Campeon, OLLP Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Alcris Panganiban, Parish Vicar and Rev. Fr. Fernando Ingente, Guest Priest. Before the mass started, Msgr. Jaime Gamboa gave some briefing to make the ceremony more solemn.

It was a joyful day, with the ceremony full of spirit and active participation from everyone. The choir and psalmist did an excellent job, helping the attendees stay focused and prayerful throughout the event.

The bishop in his final blessing congratulated everyone who were responsible to make the ceremony a success which made the catechists smile. Another job well done! CONGRATULATIONS! TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY! (Victoria Arquintillo, SoCCom-OLLP)
