Celebrating the Season of Creation: Biking and Tree Planting Event

The Season of Creation, celebrated from September 1 to October 4, began on September 1 with a “Biking for the Environment” event. Participants, led by the OLMMP Bikers Team, biked from San Pedro Cathedral to Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Parish in Indangan after the Mass for the launching of the Season for the Care of Creation officiated by Most Rev. Romulo Valles, D.D.

The bikers arrived around 10:45 AM, with Tata Trugillo finishing first. Upon arrival, they participated in a symbolic tree planting led by Rev. Fr. Jess Samaniego and the Archdiocesan Social Action team.

The event concluded with lunch, uniting the community in caring for our common home.
