Scaling New Heights: Davao Mountaineering Alliance Outreach Program for Sitio Peroy and Sitio Butay, Talaingod Davao del Norte on May 18-19, 2024.

From the lush green trails of the Philippines’ mountainous landscapes to the heartwarming smiles of the local communities, the Davao Mountaineering Alliance (DMA) has always believed in giving back. This year, embarks on an exciting journey to the scenic spots of Sitio Peroy and Sitio Butay in Talaingod, Davao del Norte for an upcoming outreach program.

DMA mission is not just about conquering peaks but also about bridging gaps and fostering connections. This outreach program is an opportunity to interact with the local communities and contribute positively towards their development. It aims to provide essential supplies, and engage in cultural exchange, thereby enriching both their lives and ours.

The proceeds from this event will also benefit the Tatag IP Students Foundation, Inc. (TIPSFI) in collaboration with Charlie Company – 56 IB, an organization that has been working tirelessly to provide educational opportunities for indigenous students, align perfectly with our belief in the transformative power of education. By supporting this event, you’re not only aiding in the immediate needs of the communities of Sitio Peroy and Sitio Butay but also investing in the future of the TIPSFI beneficiaries.
