REMASE honors partners in seminary formation

The Saint Francis Xavier Regional Major Seminary of Mindanao celebrated its annual Pastoral Day, March 2, with the theme: “Bulawanong Tuig sa Seminaryo: Magsaulog ug Magpasalamat sa Ginoo “. The theme is in line with its yearlong celebration of the 50th Year of the Seminary (1964 – 2014).

The Holy Eucharist, presided by Bishop George Rimando, Auxiliary Bishop of Davao started the day’s activities followed by parlor games, lunch, evaluation and a Socio Cultural presentation prepared by the Seminarians.

In attendance were officers and members of different GKK’s, Parish Priests and staff, officers of Centers and Hospitals, representatives of Business Establishments and officers and guests from different Muslim Communities where Seminarians had their exposure.

As a token of appreciation, the REMASE Golden Jubilee Cross was presented to them while a Certificate of Appreciation was presented to our Muslim brothers and sisters.
