St. Francis Quasi-Parish holds First Major Project

Last January 12 was the launching of “The Dinner For A Cause”, the first major Fund raising Project of St. Francis of Assisi Quasi-Parish.  The event will coincide with the Advance thanksgiving celebration of Rev. Fr. Orlando A. Angelia’s 12th Sacerdotal Anniversary on Feb.13, Friday at 6:00 p.m. at the Grand Men Seng Hotel, Magallanes St., Davao City. The proceeds of this affair will be used for the acquisition of the lot of the parish church and the construction of the parish rectory.

The humble parish priest and Davao Archdiocesan Director for Family Life Apostolate will celebrate his 12th year as a priest on February 14, 2014.  What a gracious gift the parishioners of St. Francis of Assisi and those who love him so dearly  it is to support him achieve this project by choosing any of these:  becoming a major sponsor, a donor or simply a patron.  In return, there will be invitation cards entitling the sponsor, the donor or the patron a seat or two for the sumptuous buffet meal while enjoying the serenade of some invited singing priests of Davao and the St. Francis of Assisi Quasi-Parish Rondalla.

Those who will support the project will not only help build the visible sign of God’s Kingdom here in La Verna; they will make Fr.
