Celebrating 69 years!

The shepherd of the local church of Davao, Archbishop Romulo G. Valles, D.D., celebrated his 69th birthday last July 10, 2020 together with his family and some of his clergy in his official residence.

The archbishop’s birthday celebrations are typically attended by numerous visitors especially those who have had close collaborations with the Archbishop in carrying out his priestly ministry. However, his birthday celebration this year has had to be adapted amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The birthday event, albeit simple, was very memorable, not only that it happened during the pandemic but also because the archbishop’s family really came to celebrate life with him. Those who came had to observe the minimum health protocols being outlined by the government.
