SUGID Acts of Charity: Bansalan

153 Children with special needs gathered together with their parents and guardians during the 8th annual gathering of Special Children last December 9, 2019 at Wendy’s Garden Resort, Poblacion Uno, Bansalan, Davao del Sur.

This was done in memory of Jessie Ranz Albores, the departed son of Mr. Randy Albores and Mrs. Cherish Sophia Albores. “Kuya JR,” as what they call him, was a Special Child. He died last December 9, 2009 and two years after his death Mr. and Mrs. Randy Albores started the gathering of the Special Children in memory of “Kuya JR.” This is also the time that the Albores Family shared their blessings to the Special Children for eight straight years now. Many people were touched by their special kind of celebrating the death anniversary of “Kuya JR.” So some individuals and groups extended their blessings to the Special Children during the gathering. As years advance, the number of Special Children who attended the gathering also increases.
