TNHS Celebrated Holy Spirit Mass

“Ang Espiritu ang tuburan sa kamatuoran (The spirit is the source of truth)”, Rev. Fr. Leif Simbajon, DCD, the associate priest of Virgen De Los Remedios Parish, Crossing Bayabas, Toril, Davao City said as he celebrated the Holy Spirit Mass of Tungkalan National High School, Tungkalan, Toril, Davao City, held last June 27, 2018, at 10:30 A.M. at Birhen sa Kasilak Chapel. In his homily, Fr. Simbajon reminded the students to be more vigilant of Fake News in the internet and in social media. He also stressed that just as there were fake prophets in the time of Jesus, there are also fake students in our time. These students were those who do not perform their duties as students such as making their assignments.

In this Holy Mass the students and teachers invoked the guidance of the Holy Spirit to abide them in their journey for the school year 2018-2019. Monthly Masses will be held beginning next month.

The said Holy Eucharist was attended by the school catechists, the GKK Servant Leaders of Birhen sa Kasilak, the learners of Tungkalan National High School and their faculty members headed by the school head, Mr. Juan P. Ortega, MAEM. (Leonil T. Saberon)
