SILP’s ‘Dinner for a Cause’
San Isidro Labrador Parish (SILP) in Catalunan Grande organizes its 2nd Dinner for a Cause on October 28 at the Philippine Women’s College (or RMS) Activity Center. Dinner starts at six o’clock in the evening.
Fr. Joel C. Caasi, SILP parish priest invites parishioners and their families and friends and the whole Archdiocese of Davao to help support the activity.
The proceeds shall help fund the roofing of the open court of the parish. It shall serve as the activity area for the Parish’s events. It will defray expenses of rentals of venues and tents when there are big parish activities.
Entertainment during the dinner are the singing of the winners of the Parish Got Talent contest held last parish fiesta. Kaliwat Culture and Arts Foundation. Kaliwat Davao City will perform its local and indigenous music.
Highlight of the event is the “Tinubdan,” tribal dance presentations to be performed by the parishioners of SILP with the choreography and direction of Kaliwat.
