Ikaduhang ANC, giablihan sa Bucana

Pakan-on ang gigutom. Usa kini ka hagit sa matag Kristiyano hilabi na niining “Tuig sa Kalooy.”

Sa pag-abli sa Archdiocesan Nourishment Center (ANC) sa Purok 7, Barangay 76-A, sa Bucana niining syudad niadtong Setyembre 30, mas daghang pang mga bata ug pamilya ang mahatagan ug pagtagad hilabi na sa matang sa nutrisyon.

Gisugdan sa Misa Pasalaman nga gipangunahan ni Arsobispo Romulo G. Valles ang pagbendisyon sa expansion sa ANC. Dayon, gipadayag ni Abp. Valles sa iyang homiliya nga iyang dakong kalipay nga nasinati tungod sa buluhaton sa mga layko.

Matud pa niya, “99% is from the work of the lay faithful in Davao and that is great, telling us that the Holy Spirit does not only dwell in the bishop, priests and religious; the Holy Spirit is working, warming and inspiring the hearts of many lay faithful who are keeping ANC alive and serving our dear young people, children and families here in the Archdiocese of Davao.”

“This I’m sure, our memorial which will be declared today, our ANC will be our answer to the Pope’s request. Our memorial is not gold or marble stone but our memorial is living, continuing service inspired by Mother Teresa, inspired by the Holy Father to continue to show mercy, goodness and compassion to the needy. I’m sure to that out ANC is our humble way,” dugang pa ni Valles.

Siya masaligon nga mas mulambo pa ang kalihokan kay siya nagatuo nga kini buhat man sa Ginoo. “We are reminded today that this is the work of God because all this work is a work of collaboration and helping one another, beautifully connecting with many civic and government agencies.”
