DVDMFI Receives Aboitiz Foundation’s Php 100,000 Donation

The Archdiocese of Davao officially received a P100,000 donation from Aboitiz Foundation on August 27, 2024, at The Bridge, Davao Light and Power Co. (DLPC). The donation, announced months ago, was handed over by DLPC Head Engr. Enriczar Tia to Most Rev. Romulo G. Valles, D.D., DVDMFI Chairman of the Board of Trustees. The event took place during the Archbishop Thibault Media Awards launch. Although former DLPC President Mr. Rodger Velasco, who had been instrumental in securing this support, had passed away before the event, his invaluable contributions were deeply remembered and honored.

This generous donation will play a crucial role in advancing projects aimed at enhancing community welfare and supporting the activities of the Archdiocesan Commission on Social Communications.
