Days of Faith and Devotion: Archbishop Romulo G. Valles’ Pastoral Visit
On a day filled with spiritual fervor, Most Rev. Romulo G. Valles, D.D. began his pastoral visit, warmly welcomed at GKK Sta. Felomina. The community, known for its unwavering devotion to Sto. Niño, embraced the Archbishop with open arms and a vibrant display of faith.
A Devoted Community at GKK Sta. Felomina
GKK Sta. Felomina has long been a beacon of devotion to the Holy Child Jesus. The community’s strong spiritual ties were evident as they prepared for the Archbishop’s arrival. Upon his arrival, Archbishop Valles was greeted with joyous sounds of drums and colorful traditional attire, signaling the beginning of the Sinulog Dance Presentation. The dancers moved with grace and energy, embodying the community’s deep-rooted faith and cultural heritage. The Archbishop expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome and the community’s dedication to their faith.
A Holy Mass at GKK Nuestra Señora de Regla
Following his visit to GKK Sta. Felomina, Archbishop Valles proceeded to GKK Nuestra Señora de Regla, where he presided over the Solemn Holy Mass. Despite their hardships, they shared stories of hope, resilience, and unwavering faith, inspiring all present.
Third Day: Strengthening Bonds at Sta. Ana Shrine Parish
On the final day of his visit, Archbishop Valles engaged with the faithful at Sta. Ana Shrine Parish. He presided over a solemn Pontifical Mass, delivering a homily that inspired the parishioners to embrace and live out their faith.
