DAYCA holds PYC’s recollection and 1st monthly meeting
MARCH 9 – the Davao Archdiocesan Youth Coordinating Apostolate (DAYCA) and the Parish Youth Coordinators gathered at San Miguel Parish in Marahan for a day of Recollection and Quarterly Meeting.
Rev. Fr. Felmar C. Binangbang served as the speaker, delivering an inspiring message and reflection about prayer to the coordinators.
The recollection centered on the transformative nature of prayer, emphasizing its ability to strengthen one’s faith and nurture the spiritual growth of the younger generation.
Throughout the talk, Fr. Felmar shared personal anecdotes and insights, highlighting the profound impact of prayer in his own life and ministry. He emphasized the importance of fostering a prayerful atmosphere within the parish, where young individuals can cultivate a relationship with God and experience His love and guidance.
Following the recollection, a Mass was celebrated, where the coordinators offered their prayers and intentions.
Afterward, the coordinators enjoyed lunch together, fostering camaraderie and friendship. The informal setting allowed them to connect personally, further strengthening their bonds.
