A New Beginning

January is the start of every year, this year let us welcome 2024 with a hopeful perspective. It’s a time for a new beginning, leaving the past behind with a grateful heart. No matter how bad or difficult the past couple of years have been, its time to embark on a new journey.

If you had enemies last year, it’s time to make the first move for reconciliation (easier said than done). Try messenger and be the first to chat or else text or better make a phone call. Who knows you’ll be best friends again. If last year’s resolution to be fit and healthy was not successful then try again this year by being more courageous.

The future is full of a lot of possibilities, it’s up to us to make it happen. Let us be optimistic and be prayerful that the year 2024 will bring us bountiful blessings. If we will encounter hardships let us rise up again and again never giving up remembering always that the Lord will carry us through.

May everybody have a prosperous year 2024!

Below is a short prayer for this new year.

Dear Lord, we thank You for this new year as we welcome it with a hopeful heart. Please be with us in good and bad times. Remind us always to be grateful in times of success and to rely on You in times of despair.

Father God, to You we offer our future as we don’t know what is in store for us this year. May our plans be in accordance to Your most holy will. This we pray in Jesus mighty name, Amen.
