Smooth Sailing Journey for 2023

Before the month of January ends, let us ponder the importance of this month being the start of a new year. As we begin each year we look back on our achievements and challenges. Said things hopefully make us a better person. There is no point on dwelling on the mistakes of the past. Rather let us celebrate our achievements and continue to improve whether on our work, studies and relationships.

As the beginning of every year makes us excited or weary on what to expect on the future, let us be reminded that it is better to take each day one step at a time. It is also nice if we offer to God our aspirations for this year and pray that it will align to His holy will. A lot of things are in store for each of us this year, it may be the much-awaited promotion, being on top of the class, a reconciliation of a broken relationship or a new addition to the family, the list is endless.

On the other hand, there may also be some setbacks and failures for others. Challenges which are very hard to hurdle are in the way. If these will happen, let us not forget that the Lord will always make a way and that He has a wonderful plan for us.

May this year bring out the best in us! I hope and pray that our journey this 2023 will be smooth sailing and if we encounter some difficulties, we can face it bravely.

With a new beginning and fresh start,
Full of inspiration and positive thoughts,

Gone are the days of regret and guilt,
Those rooms full of darkness.
It’s time to move with courage,
