Dialogue
In Mandalay, Myanmar, we gave a seminar on dialogue.
That was a couple of days between February 3 and February 10, 2010. Mandalay, is a city in northern Myanmar.
Our audience was a group of priests and religious. We were invited by then archbishop Paul Grawng who really believed in dialogue. More in the next Shalom as I am late in submitting my article.
But like other Asian bishops I write out of concern for my Burmese friends like Cardinal Charles Bo, archbishop of Yangon, and several others. He is appealing for dialogue! Let’s pray for all the people of Myanmar.
Myanmar is in trouble. The military made a power grab and protest rallies are hugging the media headlines.
