One Nation in Prayer: Abp. Valles leads the Rosary for Healing

The Archbishop of Davao Romulo G. Valles has led the praying of the Healing Rosary for the World last April 29, 2020, 9:00 PM live from the chapel of the Archbishop’s Residence in Davao City.

Archbishop Valles leads the faithful who were joining him in prayer as this was livestreamed over DXGN 89.9 Spirit FM.

This is a timely event as the world is battling the Covid-19 global pandemic which resulted to the cancellation of public masses in different parts of the world including here in Davao City.

It can be remembered that the Archbishop has announced the cancellation of public masses last March 14 upon the recommendation of the City Government of Davao who has earlier issued a mandate to cancel public gatherings to contain the spread of the coronavirus.

The Healing Rosary for the World was an opportunity to show the world that the Philippines is one nation in prayer. (JFF/DCHerald)
