Opening the Doors to the Black Nazarene

The Shrine of the Black Nazarene welcomes devotees and all Catholics to visit the shrine in Tigatto in Davao City.

The shrine is located at the Our Lady of Peñafrancia GKK Chapel, DECA Homes Esperanza, Tigatto, Davao City and it’s open from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.

This shrine is the home of the official replica of the Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno (Callejero 10) from the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene at Quiapo, Manila since 2015.

The devotees are celebrating yearly the feast of the Black Nazarene with the latest one last January 9, 2020.

Hundreds of devotees have participated in the traslacion and Holy Mass for the Black Nazarene which has already grown in popularity in Davao City.

“We encourage everyone to come visit us to pray and offer their thanksgiving to Our Lord Jesus Christ, Our God and Saviour,” the administrators of the shrine said.

Mass and Novena schedule are: Novena – Every Friday at 7:00 P.M. Novena Mass – Every 3rd Friday at 6:00 P.M. Sunday Mass – Every 2nd and 4th Sundays of the Month at 6:00 P.M.
