Senior High students of Bernardo Carpio High School reflect on life, vocation
You Only Live Once (YOLO).
This social media acronym has been the point of reflection of the more than 200 students of Bernardo Carpio National High School during their recollection last March 30 at St. Mary of the Perpetual Rosary Parish.
The students joined the recollection in preparation for their graduation last April 2.
Students reflected on how they lived their lives as young people and how they see themselves after graduation.
Aside from that, the students were also taught about the different vocations that they can pursue in life—whether in married life, single blessedness or consecrated life/priesthood.
Claide Kinneth Saludar, one of the teachers and who organized the recollection said that the activity is a good way to prepare the students before graduation.
He said that many of them have not attended a recollection before and it is a great help for these young people to reflect on their journey.
The recollection was ended with a Holy Mass.
