Parish staff of Panacan prays Latin Rosary
Full of religious ambiance, the Parish staff of San Miguel Parish in Panacan, City of Davao prays the Holy Rosary in Latin twice a week this year 2019.
Upon the arrival of the new parish priest of San Miguel Parish in Panacan, Rev. Fr. Edsel Paloma, DCD, he encouraged all involved in the Parish to regularly embrace the care of our Heavenly Mother, Mother Mary, by means of the rosary. Likewise, he let it to be done particularly in the Parish office before they went home in the afternoon.
Ma’am Beth Ibo, the Parish Secretary and Cashier shared that the schedule of their rosary will be every Wednesday and Thursday before they go home to end their duty of that day.
“Okay kaayo alang kanako kay pinaagi niini mas mapaduol ug aron dili makalimot ka Mama Mary,” Norliza Morano, one of the staff and a member of Prex Panacan batch 86 stressed out.
Seminarian Joseph Canonigo of the Archdiocese of Davao was also inspired by their rosary since he desired to be back in the seminary this year. “Dako kaayo akong kalipay since makatabang kini kanako sa ako bokasyon,” Canonigo said.
Everyone followed the routine of having that rosary twice a week and voluntarily come to the office on the exact time to pray together. (Rusty Salazar Corsame)
