Diocese of Digos Gathers a Thousand Devotees to the 4th Apostolic Congress on Mercy

October 20, 2018 at San Isidro Labrador Parish in Digos City, some 1,200 devotees came to attend the 4th DACOM (Diocesan Apostolic Congress on Mercy). This event was organized through the leadership of the power couple Bro Brigido Bacayana, the Diocesan president of the Divine Mercy Apostolate and his better half Sis Virgie Bacayana as the coordinator of the Divine Mercy enthronement in the Diocese. The event was inspired by the theme: Experiencing Mary through the Joy of the Gospel in Asia.

Rev. Fr. Consorcio Lopez, the Diocesan Procurator welcomed the participants coming from the parishes on behalf of San Isidro Parish in Digos City. The morning activity was highlighted by a special talk by Rev. Fr. Rolando Sayman who shared his experience on deepening the faith through God’s Mercy. In the afternoon, Rev. Fr. Rico Dingal, Chancellor of the Diocese of Digos gave a very interesting talk about Mary and Mercy which was followed by the celebration of the Holy Eucharist presided by the Bishop himself Most Rev.
