SILP culminates National Bible Week

The program started at 10:00 am with an opening prayer, followed by a message from the Parish Bible Apostolate Chairman Mrs. Fatima Araneta. The Bible Quiz followed and was participated in by GKK members. Questions were categorized as Easy, Average, and Difficult. Religious items were given as prizes. Lunch was shared by everybody of which food was in abundance. There was also a contest on Biblical Drama by Zone.
Zone I was represented by GKK Sto. Nino, Igpit which won 4th place with their drama entitled “The Birth of St. John the Baptist.”
Zone II was represented by GKK Immaculate Conception which won 2nd place, with their entry “Awit sa mga Awit.”
Zone III was represented by GKK San Miguel with “The Prodigal Son” which won 3rd place.
Zone IV was represented by GKK Sr. San Agustin with the “Parable of the Ten Virgins” which won the 1st place of P2,000 cash, plus additional P2,000 cash from the GKK Bible Apostolate Coordinator Mrs. Durita Gelvero. (Manilee Araune | Sugid-Digos)
