Agdao Parishioners Welcome Mama Mary

The parishioners of San Antonio de Padua-Agdao waited patiently at 8 in the morning at the different places assigned to them for the coming of the most awaited visitor of the Archdiocese of Davao — the image of Our Lady of Fatima from Portugal last February 4.

The young and the old were hopeful to see up close Our Lady. Their hope radiated in the patience and smiles that lingered even after the Our Lady of Fatima passed by them. White and blue banners firmly held in their hands were waved lovingly as Our Mother gently and graciously passed by every devotee. Thankfulness for the grace of this rare opportunity is felt by all who were present and who witnessed the passing of our Mother – the Our Lady of Fatima. May “the passing” of Our Lady did not mean only her passing per se but may it leave a mark in the heart of every person present, that our Mother came to remind us to do only what is good and beautiful for God.
