Pellet Reportedly Found in Eagle’s Dead Body

Pinasubay kini sa gihimong otopsiya sa pipila ka parte sa lawas sa agila, human kini nakaplagang patay sa Mt. Hamiguitan niadtong Agosto 10, pipila lamang ang distansiya sa lugar kung diin kini gibuhi-an niadtong Hunyo 12, 2015 ni TV Host Kim Atienza sa Mt. Hamiguitan Range and Wildlife Sanctuary.

IHMA Celebrates 68th Founding Anniversary
The Immaculate Heart of Mary Academy (IHMA) celebrated its 68th Founding Anniversary on August 21-23. The celebration started on August 11 with the Novena to Our Lady of the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the celebration of the Holy Eucharist sponsored by the different grade levels with their teachers and the alumni from the different batches.
Different activities highlighted the celebration:
August 21 – The IHMA Family Fun Run which was participated in by the faculty, parents, non-teaching staff and the different batches of Alumni started at 4:00 in the morning. At 3:00PM, Apostolic Administrator Fr. Edito S. Bano presided over the Eucharistic Celebration, concelebrated by both diocesan and religious clergy. During the Mass, the administration recognized the Alumni Silver Jubilarians – Batch 1990 and the Golden Jubilarians – Batch 1965 who graced the occasion. The PTA Board and Homeroom were inducted to Office by Fr. Bano. Immediately after the Mass followed the procession and the veneration of the Blessed Virgin Mary, then a fellowship dinner for the guests, faculty and the non-teaching staff, and PTA Board officers at the Social Hall.
August 22 – At 7:00 AM a parade around the town was participated in by the students both elementary and high school in their costumes together with the faculty and MIC sisters, The Golden and, Silver jubilarians and the different batches of alumni in their colorful t-shirts joined in. After the parade, the Silver and Golden Jubilarians were honored by the CAT-I Pass – in Review as well as the exhibition of the Grade School and the High School Band. The Key of Responsibility was turned over by Batch ‘90 to Batch ’91. The Grand Alumni Homecoming hosted by Batch 1990 was held at 7:00 in the evening at the school covered court. It was a day of rejoicing and renewing ties and friendship for all the alumni batches that have came from near and far for the special occasion. The merrymaking lasted until 1:00 in the morning.
August 23 – The most awaited Field Demonstration participated by the nursery, elementary and high school students was held at 1:30 in the afternoon. The PTA could not be outdone as they too presented a dance number to the delight of the crowd. The celebration ended with a high note of thanksgiving to the Lord for all the blessings for 68 years.
