Kerry Blames Syrian Government for Deadlocked Talks

Secretary of State, John Kerry issued a statement regarding deadlocked in peace talks in Syria which says that the Syrian Government is to be blame because of the fruitless discussions.

The statement of Mr. Kerry aimed to pressure and to somehow motivate the President of Syria, Bashar al-Assad to keep alive the hope that a political settlement might be reached in Syria. (Charina Dejino)
