Sr. Maria Sandra D. Ambulo, OP: A Life Well-Lived

Sr. Maria Sandra D. Ambulo, OP had passed away last January 12, due to Cardiac Arrest at the age of 54.
Sr. Ambulo was born on March 9, 1959. She is the sixth among eight siblings. She gave almost her life serving with God. In fact in her 26 years in the religious life, she is indeed a blessing to the church and to the community.
Her last apostolic assignment was treasurer of the Assumption Academy of Monkayo. She took up Bachelor of Science major in Commerce and finished a master’s degree.
Sr. Carmelita E. Llanos, her formator described Sr. Ambulo as a jolly and a wonderful person.
“I was hurt when she passed away because I treated her as my younger sister. I can’t blame God because I believed that He has a better plan for her,” Sr. Llanos stressed.
Now her sister’s in Dominican Sister and her family are praying for her soul to be in peace.
The funeral mass was held last January 16, 2014, 8:00 am at the St. Dominic Chapel, Dominican Sister of the Trinity, Cabaguio Ave., Davao City. Her remains were buried at the Davao Catholic Cemetery, Wireless Bankerohan, Davao City.
