PSAM held Disaster Preparedness Orientation

The Parish Social Action Ministry in the Archdiocese of Davao held an orientation about Disaster preparedness last September 7 at Virgen de los Remedios Parish in order to lessen the adverse impacts of disaster happening in our country today.
Social Action Director Fr. Bong Dublan facilitated the said orientation which was attended by the PSA (Pangulo sa Alagad) from different parishes.
Disaster preparedness aims to have a safer, adaptive and disaster resilient Davao City communities towards a sustainable development.
“Lihok samtang wala pay kalamidad, dili kanang naa na’y kalamidad” Mr. Pepito Capili said, Administrative Officer of National Disaster Risk Reduction (NDRR).
