DAYCA to re-echo WYD Brazil 2013

The Davao Archdiocesan Youth Coordinating Apostolate (DAYCA) the coordinating body of all the youth apostolates and ministries of the Archdiocese of Davao will be gathering all the youth core groups/leaders coming from the different parishes and transparochial youth groups for the upcoming Archdiocesan Youth Camp 2013 come October 25-27.
The main purpose of the said camp is to re-echo what took place in the recently concluded World Youth Day in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil last July 2013 wherein 11 young people from the Archdiocese of Davao were privileged to attend. These young people were also selected to formulate a formation manual that is in line with what they have learned during the WYD ‘13 and will be anchoring their talks from the theme: “Go and make disciples of all nations.” (Matthew 28:19-20).
The camp also serves as an answer to the call of Archbishop Romulo Valles’ challenge to the delegates to impart and share their experiences and learning to others. DAYCA is now preparing and conducting various meetings for the realizations of the said gathering. Communications and further information will be disseminated soon.
