Saktong pag-gamit sa PDAF gi-panawagan

Imbis tanggalon ang Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) kon Pork Barrel sa 2014 budget, nanawagan ang mga kongresista nga dili kini wagtangon apan tarungon ang paggamit niini.

Gisuportahan usab sa mga pipila ka mga kongresista ang gisugyout sa House Speaker nga si Feliciano Belmonte nga pwede dili gamiton sa mga kongresista ang ilang pork barrel.

For those who refuse the PDAF, they don’t have to get them. I am for the retention of PDAF because it is a huge help to the needy. It pays for scholarships of poor students, hospital bills of indigent patients, burial expenses of paupers, among others.  Of course, it has been abused and corrupted by some. But the remedy is not to eliminate the fund but to tighten the audit of disbursement,” sumala sa House Deputy Speaker and Isabela Fourth District Rep. Giorgidi Aggabao.

Sumala sa pipila ka mga kongresista, ang pork barrel fund ang ilang ginagamit nga pondo alang pagtabang sa mga kabus, scholarships, hospital bills ug burial assistance, ug uban pa.

“I am for the PDAF retention and transparent use. Those who are against the PDAF should not use it to manifest their opposition. To enhance the PDAF’s transparent use, it should be mandated that PDAF-funded projects be regularly published in print media and in social media,” sumala ni Rep. Gustavo Tambunting (2nd District, ParañaqueCity).

Sumala ni Senador Miriam Santiago, isip mga kongresista ug mga senador, ang trabaho nila mao ang paghimo sa mga balaod sa nasud ug dili ang pagpatuman sa mga proyekto gamit ang Pork Barrel Fund.

Nahimong kontrobersiyal ang paggamit sa PDAF tungod sa mga akusasyon mahitungod sa P 10 billion Pork Barrel Scam nga naadto sa mga peke nga Non-Governmental Organizations.
